Key Responsibilities1. Experiential Marketing: Sponsorship & Event Management – Development & execution of project plan and budget with key aspects being set up, branding, decor and activities, Direct Sales Activations and Sales Tracking Reporting.2. Brand & Media Monitoring –Manning of online reports & newspapers for coverage of Resolution Insurance & its competitors. Press cuttings to be filed & scanned copies saved in shared folder. Alerts Marketing Manager on key news elements for Resolution and its competitors.3. Media Management & Public Relations– Liaising with Media Agency to ensure delivery of creative material, monitoring print media campaigns as per schedule, outdoor monitoring evaluation & approval of outdoor sites.4. Merchandise & Shop Management – Identification & pre-qualification of suppliers; order placement, approvals & monitoring timely & accurate delivery5. Advertising –Preparing creative briefs & liaising with Brand Design team (internal & external) in regards to delivery of material required as per creative briefs submitted.6. Newsletter Publications – Liaising internally for content, design and delivery of newsletters within agreed time frame. Managing distribution & delivery of the Newsletters.7. Website & Intranet Management – Content updates within agreed timelines & fortnightly review to ensure all functions effectively working.8. Accounts Management – Liaising with the Finance team in regards to LPO & Invoice processing and ensuring budget updates & reconciliations done within agreed time frameQualifications/ExperienceEssential• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or Business administration.• 3 years of relevant work experience.• Excellent marketing skills• Good understanding of the local marketDesirable• Working knowledge of MS Office.• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.Personal Attributes• Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and professionally in written and oral forms to both internal and external clients.• Initiative and Confidence: Generates and acts on new ideas that add value to the business. Looks at different ways to solve problems and address difficulties.• Achievement Drive: Sets goals and strives to achieve them with enthusiasm and determination.• Business Acumen: Has a good understanding of the business environment and the impact their behavior has on the reputation of the company.• Respect: Treats colleagues and customers in a manner which demonstrates integrity, honesty and fairness.
