Reporting To: Promotion and Training OfficerJob Purpose: Provide administrative and logistical support in the activity implementation for the Coffee Centre of Excellence.Key Result AreasProvide administrative support in promotion and training activities at the COE.Draft and produce standard documents such as letters, reports and presentations as per Staff’s requests, and prepare written responses to routine enquiries.Provide support in the maintenance of visitors’ centre, updating of information, and dissemination of information to visitors.Receive and direct visitors to the COE, screen telephone calls, direct callers to appropriate persons / Offices and provide information about COE activities in case of inquiries.Perform routine data entries at the Centre and handle requests for information and data.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for COE staff.Maintain office supply inventories and coordinate maintenance of Office equipment.Maintain an electronic and hard copy filing system for the Centre of Excellence.Minimum Qualifications and Experience;Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications.At least 2 years working experience in a similar position.Expected personal competences and skillsThe successful applicants must have; 1. Good written and verbal communication skills; 2. Planning and organizing skills; 3. Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software. 4. Accuracy and ability to pay attention to detail; 5. Customer service orientation and teamwork.Conditions of ServiceThe selected candidate will be contracted for three (3) years. The successful applicant will be based at the national COE in Kampala.
