 About the Company:Carlcare ServiceLimited was established in Hong Kong in 2009 with an aim to provideprofessional service support to mobile phones and other electronic consumerproducts, and over the years has become a leading service brand for consumerelectronics in South East Asia, Middle East and Africa.Currently,Carlcare is providing full service support for TECNO and itel, two worldwidefamous mobile phone brands.Carlcare islooking for five (5) suitable candidates for position of Supervisor – Sales working under the Tecno brand.Job Description Details:Client Management: build a good relationship with client, guiding them, product planning,PSI management, sales target setting, achievement tracking, support source, andmain push planning.Dealer communication: Retailer purchase channel’s communication and coordination, accordingto the retailers PSI. Coordinate retailer’s purchase timely, and coordinatedealer to meet retailer’s need in time.Store Management: Precinct’s store information summary, feedback, timely tracking of newstore information, shop competition surveying, ensure to get the best location.Also ensure good presentation, opening preparation, material application, storedisplay, store target achievement, the normal operation of new stores.Supervising shops: Regular visiting andsupervising of existing shops, according to the shoplevel, inspecting the displays, materials, promoters on location and reportingproblems to superiors in a timely manner.Staff Management: Review individual promoter target on the end of last month and finishthe confirmation of next month’s target, confirmation of promoter attendance,supervising their output ie sales amount collection, promoter transformationbetween the shops, weekly meetings, outstanding promoter’s rewards, salescompetition between shops, problem promoter management.Promotion Management: promotion activity planning, application, implementation, activity andsales inspection and regular reporting to Management.Material Management: Model issuing, sampling, recycling, materials distribution, inaccordance with the display, check, and promotion gifts application, issuance,accounting records.Information collection: Collecting eachbrands sales proportion competing product informationcollection regularly.Minimum Requirements: At least 2 – 3 years in similar role preferably from the IT industryMust have a Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related courseGreat communication skills How to apply:All candidateswho wish to apply for the above position can send their applications ie CV,cover letter, and copies of academic qualifications to email address (please ensure to indicate job applied for in subject head).Only application received via email will be considered.Deadline for receiving application is 20th November 2016 at 17:00hrs
