At Roofings Ltd, we are committed to achieving a firm regional presence through ensuring total customer satisfaction.Key Duties and Responsibilities:  Coordinating between Factory and OutletsMarket Development: Getting new orders / Clients.Market Follow up: Constant monitoring of customer/market behavior and reporting.Market Research: Collecting information relevant to our products/ competitor products in the market and updating reports.Constantly monitoring the set targets and working to achieve the goals.Follow up with the customers & the credits pending collections.Receiving material requisitions and forwarding for deliveryMaking production order for special ordersMaking invoices and deliveries for standard items and requirements for special orders once they are completedChecking whether all product requirements have been fully satisfied as requested by client and if not, advising means of satisfying themAssuring the best service to the customersCordially processing all customer complaintsTaking orders from customerAdvising customers on product options availableQualifications, Skills and Experience:  The candidate should be a Graduate in Marketing or business related fieldAt least two to three years’ experience in Sales an added advantageComputer literacy skills are essentialGood verbal communication skillsPossess the ability to work independentlyAbility to problem solveExcellent interpersonal skillsGood integrityTenacity and persistence – ability to overcome rejection and ‘bounce back’ from rejection with an optimistic, energised outlookFlexibility and innovation – confident in trying new things and exploring new sales leadsGoal driven – ability to thrive in a results driven environment
