As a result of its continued growth and success, the bank is interested in recruiting qualified persons with proven track record for the different various job roles.Application Instructions:Interested candidates must have 3 work related references indicated in their CVs/Resumes.Job Career Level:Middle ManagementJob Responsibilities: Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications for the organization and manage changes to such specifications in line with business needs.  Focus on process analysis and re-engineering, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams.Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts including Return on processes investments for the bank.Lead re-engineering teams and act as project manager.Analyze business requirements, design, simulate and implement solutions for the most critical customer processes in the bank.Lead the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new business solutions.Responsible for standardization and optimization of existing processes based on the principles of Lean Six Sigma methodology.Responsible for the development of process management methodology and its implementation in the Bank.Responsible for the analysis of information and data for the evaluation of the company and the quality of services, proposing and implementing improvements.Responsible for maintaining and ensuring consistency of processes within an organization.Requirements:QualificationA University degree in Business, or numerical biased degree or ICT.Certification in Six Sigma, TQM or other process improvement methodology is a must.Certification in Project Management e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, etc. is an added advantage.ExperienceA minimum of 3 years work related experience in a multinational enterprise.CompetenciesHigh proficiency in Information Technology research design toolsHighly competent communication and documentation skillsAbility to work independently or as a member of a teamAbility to lead, supervise and  transfer knowledge to teamsInterpersonal, organizational, negotiation and communication skills are also necessary in this role. A flexible and good team player who is able to work under minimum supervision.Strong analytical power and innovative abilities.Solid practical knowledge of Business Improvement Methodologies and their applications (e.g. Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Lean, Organizational Change).Demonstrable track record of delivering significant process improvements.
